Cancellation policy

At Sisters Heal, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation and payment policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and compassionate, so you can plan your course or retreat with confidence.

5-Day Immersion

To confirm your place, payment of £1,950 is required.

If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund up to 30 days before the immersion.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your place from the waiting list.

If you are unwell and unable to attend you can transfer your place to a future date.

Retreats

To reserve your spot, we ask for full payment upfront.

Changing your plans:

  • If full payment is a challenge, we are able to take payments in installments. Please email us on info@sistersheal.co.uk to arrange this.
  • If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat, we will provide a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 31 and 90 days before the retreat we can provide a 50% refund or a full refund if we are able to fill your place from the waiting list.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat we cannot offer a refund unless your place can be filled from the waiting list.

In the case of unexpected circumstances (such as bereavement or redundancy) within 30 days of the retreat, we will offer a full refund upon receipt of supporting documentation.

If you want to transfer your place to a future retreat or course, please email us on info@sistersheal.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate this.

Workshops and courses 

Payment is taken at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or defer your place please email us and we will try our best to accommodate you or refund you in full.

We encourage you to review dates carefully before confirming your spot, but know that we will always approach cancellations with kindness and understanding whenever possible.
