Yoga therapy

This six-week course of trauma-sensitive yoga is designed for a small group of up to eight women. The course provides a contained, supportive space for healing and growth. 

Joining this course is an invitation to reconnect with yourself through awareness, movement, breath, reflection, and relational presence at a pace that respects safety, choice, and agency.

Trauma-sensitive space

The class is trauma-informed and supportive for those experiencing PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, or the impacts of events such as sexual violence, birth trauma, relationship difficulties, chronic stress, or overwhelm. All biological females who resonate with this environment are welcome.
