Healing in Syros
Immerse yourself in absolute peace; there is no traffic, no close neighbours and no men. We will have the entire village to ourselves making it a sacred, confidential healing space where you can focus on your recovery and wellness. The village comes with its own yoga deck with sea views.
There is a beautiful, sandy beach less than 10 minutes walk away and you are able to help yourself to organic vegetables and eggs from the on-site gardens.
There will be daily yoga, swimming, art and gentle walks alongside the therapy programme. All therapy, activities, meals, snacks and drinks are included in the price.
This is a trauma-informed retreat and we are sensitive to the needs of survivors. You will be in safe hands.
