Urgent support
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, frightened by your thoughts, or worried that you might harm yourself, you don’t have to face this alone. Sisters Heal is not an emergency service, and we may not be able to respond immediately but there is support available to you right now. Reaching out in moments like these is a brave step, and there are people who want to listen and help you stay safe.
If you’re in immediate danger, are thinking about ending your life, or don’t feel able to keep yourself safe, please seek urgent help straight away. You can contact 999 or go to your nearest A&E for emergency support.
If you’re able to talk to someone, you can call Samaritans on 116 123 any time, day or night. Their service is free, confidential, and you don’t have to be in crisis to reach out.
If you’re not in immediate danger but still need urgent mental health support, you can contact your local NHS Mental Health Crisis Team, call 111, or reach out to someone you trust and let them know what’s happening. You deserve help, and you’re not a burden for asking for it.
When you’re feeling safer, Sisters Heal can offer a place to explore what you’ve been going through, to be heard with compassion, and to find longer-term support. But in the moments when everything feels too much, please reach out to the services above. Your safety matters.
