Cancellation policy

At Sisters Heal, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation and payment policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and compassionate, so you can plan your course or retreat with confidence.

Reclaim & Rise courses

To secure your place, we ask for a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the course starts.

Cancellations and deferrals:

  • Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course begins.
  • If you need to cancel within 4 weeks, we will consider your situation discreetly and with care, and you may defer your place to a future course.

Retreats

To reserve your spot, we ask for a 50% deposit, with the full amount due 4 weeks before the retreat begins.

Changing your plans:

  • If full payment is a challenge, your deposit can be transferred to another retreat or course.
  • If you cancel more than 3 months before the retreat, we will provide a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 1 month of the retreat, your deposit can be transferred to a different retreat or course.

In the case of unexpected circumstances (such as bereavement or redundancy) within 1 month of the retreat, we will offer a full refund upon receipt of supporting documentation.
