Therapy can feel lonely and it doesn’t have to. At Sisters Heal we provide a supportive and uplifting space for women to engage in group therapy.

Through our survivor-led, trauma-informed approach, we offer a unique blend of talking therapy and wellness.
The therapy
Our range of therapeutic and healing practices take inspiration from both Eastern and Western influences.
We offer traditional talking therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma therapy alongside relaxing, fun and inspiring healing activities such as yoga and kintsugi.
Counselling
Confidential group therapy with registered psychotherapists provides a supportive space for sharing and healing.
Yoga & meditation
We do gentle yoga and guided meditation to calm the nervous system and complement the talking therapies.
Art therapy and kintsugi
Kintsugi, the art of mending broken pottery, symbolising healing and transformation.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy can be transformational for women who’ve experienced trauma.
